The easiest way to experience our program is to check your email inbox a few days before the next event. If you don't get an email check your spam folder and try to approve us to send to your inbox. (or, soon you can switch to texting).
But if you want to see when the next event is or you'd like to edit your profile you would go to our ASG Web App. You have two ways to log in.
If you ever have a question just send an email to your Event Manager (listed at the top of your personal Site Page) or write to info@ASGhelps.org.

Most chapters want pantry foods (shelf stable foods). Please avoid items in breakable containers.
When you get your email to remind you about an upcoming pickup, click the link and you'll see a "Needs List" for your local pantry.

Sometimes it's not convenient to put a bag out front. You can "opt out" of any single event, or you can change your profile to always contribute in a different way.
On-Going; If you can't leave a bag out front, but you are want to do any of the 3 things listed below, go to the ASG Web App, and click "donor help" to get change your profile settings.
Just for the next event; Click the reminder link we sent you via email or text and opt-out. A few moments later you’ll receive an email offering the three options below for just the next event.

Just use any bag or box you might have. If a Chapter uses reusable bags they will leave an empty one on your doorstep that you can use next time. Some chapters don't use them at all, which is also fine.
First; THANK YOU! If you wish to donate additional food, just use any bag or box you might have. Write your Chapter Admin that you'd like to get 2 or 3 (or whatever you wish) reusable bags. They can put that note in your profile so the driver brings more bags next time.
Absolutely! Just respond to a notification email by clicking on the link and setting your status for the next event to "no". You'll then get an email offering 3 options; self deliver, donate money, or shop online (which ships to your pantry).
And, if you prefer, you can set your profile to always be one of the three options we just listed above; go to your profile page (its in the green bar at the top after you click the link in one of our emails), set your "Donor Status" to "No, I can't leave a bag of food on my doorstep". You will then see the same 3 options listed above, pick the one you wish. The next time there is an event we will remind you to complete the option you selected.
Competing is where one wins and another loses. This program benefits the Food Bank. Even if we take your donation directly to a pantry, the entire Food Assistance system gets better. Here is why;
More than 90% of our donors are new to regular food donations; they may have sent a check or donated food before, but not the frequency of our program.
By bringing new people into this battle to end Food Insecurity, donors start to get engaged in other ways. We have lots of examples where new donors want to get involved with Food Banks and other programs to end hunger in their community.
And we don't compete on the funding side either; Food Banks needs millions of dollars to function, we are a "near zero cost" program. The money we need from the community is literally a drop in the bucket.
